Thank you for sharing your feedback. It’s true that many managers joined Arm as individual contributors, but you don't have to be a manager to progress your career at Arm – we have a number of Fellows who are individual contributors. Managers do have a huge influence on someone’s experience of Arm, which is why the People team is working on providing more guidance – we’ll share more information on this soon. Transparency around pay rises and promotions is important to us, which is why feedback in the myDevelopment system is not anonymous.
