      Amazing inclusive work culture

      Pros

      Arm has an amazing culture which encourages everyone to maintain the balance between work and life. Work culture is inclusive, people embrace all kinds of differences and are very supportive. Work environment is great as we have highly motivated leaders around us who guide us reach our full potential and encourage us to bring the best version of ourselves. A hybrid work model is followed here which provides good flexibility at work. We have highly skilled individuals around us who never shy away from sharing knowledge or skills and are always ready to help through the challenges. At arm, curiosity is always rewarded.

      Cons

      Office space is limited. Don't have 100% allocated cubicles to employees due to hybrid work model.
