I have been working in this industry for 17 years and have worked at three mid size companies (2 others besides ARM) and two start-ups. I rank ARM at the top of having a balanced work and life.

1. Interviews could be shorter mine spanned almost 3 months 2. Cafeteria food could be better. 3. Cappuccino/Latte Machine in each floor needed.
