1) You're working on projects that have a huge impact on people's lives. 2) The company takes that responsibility very seriously and works hard to do the right thing. 3) Vacation and other leave policies are very good by US standards

Cons

Since ARM is no longer publicly traded, there is no stock-based compensation. There is a replacement in the works, but it's work in progress.

People are very nice and easy to work with. Excellent benefit package and keep improving. Very good work/life balance. Free on-site parking. Free snacks and fruits, coffee maker.

Cons

Catering need to be improved.
