Thanks for leaving a review! For the graduates that join into a graduate rotation program, it is designed to give them the opportunity to learn about different teams that comprise ARM. The goal is for you to become a well-rounded engineer, and then you can choose which team you liked best to continue on in your career! Like many tech companies, employee diversity can be an issue. Thanks for leaving a review. Transparency and communication are only some of the values we pride ourselves on. Everyone genuinely is open to helping each other to help the company grow! Regarding flexible work, that is usually decided upon with each employee's line manager, so experiences will vary from employee to employee. We recently implmented a new AFDS log book, which allows more frequent communication between employee and manager.
