We pay competitively relative to market levels across all roles, and everyone is eligible for salary increases and promotions. In terms of our internal surveys, we run two all-company engagement surveys a year, and we are always transparent about the results. Again, if you feel you have not been given full information from those surveys, please speak to your manager or group leader.
