      Flexibility, development, salary, benefits, great office. It's a great place to start a career if you are thinking of joining the technology industry.

      Cons

      Management, communication through the business, unclear responsibilities, too many changes, vision.

      Pros

      Arm had to set a new mission, as it achieved the first mission it had when I joined

      Cons

      Often changes directly quite radically. Enforces diversity, equity and inclusion to the point where it is a box ticking exercise rather than because people care or the culture and environment invites it.

      Pros

      People are helpful. You get ownership of your work. Nvidia is about to acquire which might open up paths to a better pay, other perks and more opportunities.

      Cons

      Can get hectic, mostly will. Don't expect a good work-life balance. Pay could be a little better for low grade employees. If you're not from an Electronics background, you may not excel here.
