Once great, now struggling

Competitive pay scale when I first started ten years ago, may be less so now for new joiners. Interesting work and solid client list.

Cons

Leadership has changed so drastically from when I started, leadership is no longer best in class with employees' best interest at heart. A few less than ideal leaders replaced absolutely awesome leaders, who then have supported promoting their friends over the best candidate. Promotion process is a popularity contest over anything else. The company is known for firing or "laying off" workers over 50, and is hard pressed to support women in leadership.

Top class investment in people learning. Top experts globally / Good global community Good benefits

Cons

In the end the pricing logic of the company works only in high volume market areas where revenue expectations are not so tightly competing. Leadership culture was a bit ruthless, throwing people in situations where you can't succeed.

Pros

They have interesting projects for some of Norway's bigger clients. This looks good on a CV and is a good place to stay for a year or two.

Cons

People in the other nordic countries are replacing management and leading positions in Norway. There is a massive brain drain. There has been a pay and promotion freeze for two years. A consultant who just got awarded a MVP did not get a promotion.
