Really great peer group, fabulous managers/execs to work with as hiring managers

Cons

constant HR shuffle/layoffs to offshore/HR & TA reduced to a handful with more layoffs coming. pay cuts, had to apply for our own roles, when they knew full well who they were keeping to belittle us. Inflated "management team" that no one knows what they do.
