Great people ( many left and many good people are leaving.) Work life balance (used to be there, not anymore) Cool projects Training and Extended Benefits

Cons

Too many reorgs which leaves people confused Opportunity to work locally is rare It has become a clone of Accenture with lots of office politics especially during annual reviews where favoritism is rampant

lots of educational benefits to include cert study guides and vouchers get to touch a lot of technology from exchange to lync to storage devices

Cons

Working night shift pays less than day shift counter parts due to in balance in over time (night shift loses 5-6 hours of OT per pay check) No shift diff for working nights hand books says you get more time off than you do due to being 12 hr shifts

Great access to Microsoft technology, amazing innovation with customer projects.

Cons

Large disconnect between marketing and the needs of sales and the service lines. Marketing's focus on campaigns is consuming large investments while showing little return. And let's not even start on the value of a costly Formula 1 sponsorship. Executive leadership has lost touch with the employees. Communications from them is nearly non-existent. Dissatisfaction is running high throughout the company.
