Can be very political. The differences between the legacy Accenture and legacy Microsoft people are still present after 10 years.

Severly hampered by both the "Not Invented Here" syndrome and the "No done at Accenture" syndrome Senior Management has little ability to lead anything, they just follow what the parent cmpany does or says to do regardless of the fact that Avanade is very different size wise, project wise and culturally Organizationally it is very confussed, local (Country) management tends to do what it wants and more importnatly not do what it does not want. Corporate oversight is very weak and shows in various audits. The recent reorg in the US makes no sense to anyone who works with customers.
