      Pros

      For the right person out of college, Avanade can be a great start to someone'a career. Good training on Microsoft technologies witha chance to work on multiple projects.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, no one really cares about your personal advancement. The management approach overall (some exceptions) is about getting you billing, no matter what you have to do. After awhile, the travel can get to most people.

      Pros

      Avanade has great learning and training opportunities. The salary is better than a lot of places but probably not #1.

      Cons

      Promotions are quite often political in nature. It is sometimes hard to control which projects you are on. Good company overall thoush.

      Pros

      Great people, highly talented, it is amazing how good some people are. You are always learning, and will be challenged, in a good way. Do not consider working here if you wish to be invisible.

      Cons

      Some people don't wish to put in effort required. You need to motivated, you cannot stand still. Avanade still does not do a good job of marketing itself.
