Pros
Great place to learn the skills pertinent to your job field if you are just starting off. The hours are long at times, but its a great way to absorb everything. People in the company are generally helpful in all aspects, ready to spill their brains, as opposed to other companies where people don't like to share for the sake of job security. The perks also vary depending on your Project Manager, but if you're lucky you might get a really awesome PM and enjoy yourself while traveling. There is also "bench" time where if you are not on a project, you pretty much get to hang out at home playing xbox and still get paid.
Cons
Long hours. First 10 hours are 1/2 pay, then the rest are 1.5x pay. This doesn't apply to higher level people though, only peons. =)
