      Was once a great company, now an also ran

      Pros

      Some really good people with exceptional Microsoft knowledge and experience

      Cons

      No pay rise or bonus for several years. Company has been mismanaged, focussing on their own hype, setting impossible sales and revenue targets and not recognising the sentiment of the staff that do the actual work. Eventually Avanade will be incorporated into Accenture as it doesn't make sense to run it as a separate entity. Morale is very very low and many people are leaving the business.

      Microsoft Platform based technology and client transformations together with Accenture.

      Cons

      Frequent changes, a lack of clear direction, a toxic culture in Southeast Asia, constant layoffs, and the absence of autonomy have eroded any sense of belonging within the company. Leadership appears disconnected from on-the-ground challenges and often chooses to ignore or avoid open and transparent discussions about the organization’s real issues.

      Some of it's culture and it's people remains

      Cons

      It seems like they are not about the people any longer, there is a client obsession hiper focus that is not doing great to the company when everyone else is being Layed off and Leadership is not taking care of their people. All CF functions (or what is remain) gone to Accenture.
