Pros

Good for people early in their career wanting to progress technically and up the ladder generally

Cons

Progression highly dependent on your contacts and social closeness. Overly bureaucratic for its size (perhaps Accenture affect). Delivery managers have a very traditional style and approach. No real touch with technology, Avanade being a technology company. This infuses frustration among people who focus on getting work done rather than getting caught up with political animals.
