Pros
Infusion has gone through a big transition recently to Avanade. The way the integration was handled reflects highly on the company. There was plenty of communication around changes, and an opportunity to have one on one conversations if needed and most recently a survey to gather feedback and make improvements. The work here is great with employees being exposed to emerging technologies and variety of work in different locations. The environment allows for rich collaboration, ability to learn from some of the smartest people in the industry and time to have fun!
Cons
At times it takes a while to switch projects and align professional goals to the work that is being done but there is effort to do so through goal setting and clear communication with management. It's important not to loose sight of employees professional development plans to further grow their careers in areas that they are interested in.
