      Pros

      Good place to catch up new technology. Some of the smartest people that I have ever worked with, actually working with Avanade was amazing.

      Cons

      Sometimes you don't have option as projects that are run by Accenture can lead to a hellish lifestyle of working late hours and management taking credit and leaving you out to dry.

      Pros

      You know you're one of the best if you're brought on. Many smart people with great ideas and supportive of your career. Enthusiasm abound and folks are passionate about their work. Leadership is trying their best to move at the speed of the market.

      Cons

      You need to know how to professionally say no as much as you say yes. It is up to you to find the most valuable opportunities and focus on them while politely declining busywork. Be careful of burn-out on travel.

      - Lots of opportunities to grow - Nice shirts, bags and other merchandise - Some of the departments get new technologies to play with - Lunch-n-learns where you can get an idea of what other teams do - office space is pretty nice - salaries not very competitive

      Cons

      - Horrible knowledge transfer process - Departments are separated from each other - Managers create chaos by shuffling people around trying to cover all the gaps, one week here, two days there and so on. - People who are locked into one project don't have much opportunity to grow
