      Free Microsoft exams and training. Decent exposure opportunities

      Cons

      You will be gatekept from learning new things because of favoritism and being below a certain career level. You won't get an opportunity to learn, which means you can't get staffed without experience, leading to you getting laid off through no fault of your own

      Pros

      Salary and people are good. Work culture very supportive if you are a decent performer. Off course they let go of employees on bench but it is case by case so if you work and people know about that then you won’t be let go
