      It was a great company but just a company now

      Pros

      People were smart and you get to learn a lot if you are in the right team if you are starting up as junior resource.

      Cons

      Constant changes in the last few years in the wrong direction all in the pursue of profit. Career progression basically stops when someone gets to group manager level and worse at director level. Senior mgmt used to be great but can’t say the same about the current ones.
