Pros
My role was fully remote, as was the entire team I worked with, so it was nice to never need to commute or go into the office. I was also able to set my own schedule and have a flexible workweek, since I worked in an internal role. If you are also looking to "get your foot in the door" this can be a good company to get in with. When I was there, they really cared about the people experience.
Cons
The workload kept increasing without any realistic plan for make it reasonable. By the time I left, I was doing the work of a small team all by myself. I also changed roles a couple of times, and my work from the old role was never properly off-loaded. Additionally, my second manager treated me terribly, as he was always insulting me and would never give me space to speak, even during my own 1:1 time with him - he used up all the air time whenever possible. And there was someone else who often tokenized me based upon my race (ie: when introducing ourselves to our new executive, everybody else was told to talk about their job experience and aspirations, but I was told to talk about my culture), which was disappointing and uncomfortable.
