      Pros

      As a grad from college, Avanade was great for starting off with a lot of scope to learn and lots of training.

      Cons

      Found progressing salary wise quite limiting as a developer. As you become more senior, you'll have to move away from hands on tech to move up.

      If you keep your head low, you can thrive doing little to no work.

      Cons

      I was lied to about the technologies I was going to be working with. Had little to no support during the three years I've been here. Hard work doesn't get properly compensated. Management is stuck in their ways and don't adapt to suit the needs of developers.
