Layoff central! No bonuses! No promotions! The Americas region is not leveraging its full potential in the competitive GSI landscape. The lack of experience in real-world consulting with the senior leadership team might be hindering the development of a strong regional strategy. For example, some industry competitors are outperforming in attracting talent, landing opportunities for strategic projects, and growing revenue %. While Avanade is not. The Americas region is long overdue for a complete overhaul starting at the top. If you join Avanade or plan to stay- things are going to continue as a very bumpy ride and you will always be looking over your shoulder!
