      Decline in what made the company special - Consultants skilled in Microsoft expertise

      Opportunity to learn new skills

      Cons

      Used to be the specialists in Microsoft technology as consultants but becoming more like general Big4 consultants and people being treated like 'resources' rather than indivduals / people. Also DEI policies have led to a decline in overall employee and customer delivery experience.

      Pros

      -Competitive salary but dependent on area of the business -Flexible working on offer - can compress 40 working hours into 4 days -lots of training opportunities on offer albeit the majority are internal with no external certification/recognition

      Cons

      -tries very hard to be as inclusive as possible but this can sometimes have the opposite effect on certain groups, but this isn't from lack of a willingness to include everyone -many instances of positive discrimination for women for both hiring and promoting
