      Benefits wise are quite good

      Cons

      If you are IT, depends on your luck for project assignment. Some project dealing with banks is struggling, super fast paced, challenging, working non stop including weekend. The upper leader will force you to work. No work life balance, just work.

      - great work life balance - able to work remotely on most client projects - colleagues are nice and friendly

      Cons

      - not great for a career ambitious individual - promotion/career growth path is pretty vague, no personal feedback in promotion cycles - underpaid versus what technical employees can get in the market

      There are no pros. There used to be, no longer.

      Cons

      There is nothing you can learn here. They are not AI trendy, They lie to employees and clients, They constantly layoff people, They are unethical, They don't even have enough work, and clients have come to know that they are good for nothing because not a single project is completed successfully, Avanade just walks away after the project duration leaving the client high and dry.
