      Coworkers are polite and helpful Initial pay while joining was good

      Cons

      Most top leaders have left and replaced by accenture leaders No yearly increments Difficult to get promoted Managers dont bother about you at all Projects under accenture- they dont tell you this. you are bullied and treated badly by accenture with no appreciation for any amount of good work done Stay away and find a better company

      Good people overshadowed by fickle leadership and inconsistent work

      Pros

      Decent benefits, upward mobility, good teammates. In the early days this was the best job I had.

      Cons

      Constant re-orgs make leadership seem reactive and out of touch, projects vary greatly in quality (some are good engagements, some are staff aug for large Accenture clients that make you feel insignificant), little recognition unless you're on a lucky project
