I could have cured cancer and solved world hunger but there were only a limited number of promotion spots that went to my bosses friends.

Solid insurance, decent hours, variety of clients

Cons

They pitched the job and the project to me as something completely different. They have me doing database development which I told them I don't know how to do in the interview and they said that was fine. Then they pitched me to the client as an expert database developer and pitched the project to me as a data scientist role. Also, Accenture had played a bail out Avanade and bonuses were unexpectedly frozen.
