Pros

Smart people, good training, promotions, opportunities to work with diverse client base

Cons

A lot of the work is staff aug through the parent company Accenture. Not really much choice in the types of projects. You go wherever they place you.

Pros

Some of the brightest and most naturally talented people I've ever worked with. Because parent companies are IT industry power houses, you get to be involved in very exciting projects and work with tier 1 customers. Great experience. Delivery excellent and estimation of effort very accurate

Cons

Bully culture, especially in sales team. LT are more interested in safe done this before projects than actually leading customers down the road of innovation. Margin bias so high many deals lost due to pricing themselves out of opportunity. Too reliant on a handful of key wins and still at mercy of Accenture led projects.

Pros

Deep microsoft centric skillset of the employees across a broad range of technologies, many smart people, some of the executives at the region and area level are very sharp, strong internal training investments, tends to promote very quickly up to the manager/group manager levels

Cons

Very bureaucratic, last few years have added layers to financials making it difficult to win business, led by CEO that is accounting rather than people focused, inherited Accenture's risk-management-first attitude which drives nearly everything, training investments are great internally but enabling employees for external training doesnt happen, company's philosophy for tuition reimbursement is terrible, people may be promoted too quickly - leading to a disconnect between title and actual capacity as well as a lack of lower level personnel to put on projects
