Travel perks, training, and access to latest technologies.

Cons

- Work life balance can be terrible on certain projects. No compensation for OT hours including financial or time off - No loyalty. If you are not on a project for a 2 weeks, they will send a warning termination letter to find another one. - Promotions are based on financial status of the company vs merit - Constant re-organization of the company - Assigned to projects which you are not the best match for to be billable

They sell you to one of their customer end after that no support from the organization. People management is very bad. No RRSP benefit! Do whatever but You should be billable 80%, no new learnings!

Cons

There are lot of talk, but No Work/Life balance!
