Pros
I honestly can't think of one pro of working here.
Cons
Incredibly poor training given yet still expected to meet targets. Zero help from line manager or anyone else. It's almost as if they set you up for failure. They don't really seem to care about any medical issues you may have or any other personal circumstances. You are just expected to show up with little to no training and excel in the job, all while appearing happy while in the office, even if you ask them for help. The work culture is incredibly toxic. If you don't fit the standard (which is normally the kind of person who goes out partying every night) then you will have the rest of staff (managers and higher included) saying things about you behind your back. Finally, there is very little room for progression at this company, or even to make commission as they don't give you the proper training and resources needed to do so. At the end of the day with this company making money always comes first, not their employees. I have never worked at a job I disliked more than this one.
