      Great opportunities to excel, employees can thrive in a challenging environment

      Cons

      Very high standard, if you are not good at the job, you will get found out fast. Like most IT companies, sink or swim. There is no sick pay here, if you are ill, you will not get paid.

      Growing but long way to go

      Pros

      Good team atmosphere amongst the majority of employees Friendly office environments

      Cons

      No clear business strategy. Lurch from one plan to another every month. Senior management only focus on the Sales and Support teams. If members of the other teams have issues these tend to be brushed under the carpet. Sometimes do not follow up on commitments. Inconsistent hybrid working philosophy. Some teams/individuals are made to work from the office more than others though senior managers say that there is a unified policy.
