1. Poor resource management (just want to remain the name of self declare big 4 of listed co and accepting everything from client) 2. Messy promotion system (first year junior got promotion not because of the capability but duration of joining (taking in big 4 internship experience even though poor performance) 3. Poor quality of work (ridiculous timelines agreed with client by management / so firm figure with work not being properly reviewed 4. Not employees benefit at all 5. No free time for staff to take leave but cannot b/f (so the days of leaves given is just a figure for fun) 6. Back to back big engagement chartered and chartered out all key staffs when the job is not even 75% completed (expected junior to clear / ask senior not to sleep) 7. Some ppl get good/easy jobs for whole years / some peak 24/7 . Pls rationale the job arrangement. 8. Drag forever for claim. 9. Some managers are good but too busy to help out on ur engagement

Pay is below market. Company is comprised of multiple purchased regional/local practices. This results in inconsistencies and a lower level of clients than most other large public accounting firms. The benefits are not at the level of Big4 and expenses are highly micromanaged. Budgets on engagements are tight, while billable expectations are high. The use of outsourcing is a huge factor in the economics of the company, which creates significant frustration for employees. The "people first" mission statement is as fake as they come, and culture is patchy and highly dependent on the office/ region/local leadership. Employee satisfaction reflects it and it shows, starting with some of the leadership, all the way down to lower level managers and seniors.
