- HR approach is too traditional when acquiring talent and is too focused on certain key traits (leaders with an aggressive approach to change management)
- Top management constantly changing the flavor of the week/month/year in terms of vision (the 5 year vision changes yearly...)
- Management tends to be arrogant and to self-assured with little to no experience outside of the company (people stick around and haven't seen anything else)
- Total absence of structure when it comes to driving the business (the go-getter approach is excessive and does not allow people to slow down and structure things)
- People never really close the loop on anything...as it always changes anyway.
