      Pros

      They care about people, they care about mental health. Bairesdev has been the employer that helped me the most professionally and personally and I will always be thankful for everything they did and taught me. Thanks Nacho and Euge

      Cons

      It is a fast growing company so not every process is already in place but they are doing a great job creating new ways of doing things

      Pros

      One of the best things BairesDev gave me was a work-life balance I never had. This doesn't mean the workload is small by any means, but that I can organize my days the way I see fit, so I'm can always able attend to other familiar/personal matters. Also the culture of continuous improvement (both for our processes & tools, as well as for trainings for employees) is very rewarding.

      Cons

      I'd say the only disadvantage would be if you are a person who really wants or needs to communicate face to face and go to the office, because you won't find that here, but for me (and most people in IT I presume) it is not a problem at all.
