      Great Place to work, I wish they had more benefits

      Pros

      They were open to give me feedback, and to hear my concerns. My PM was supportive and care about my wellbeing. I worked in awesome projects and get to learn even more

      Cons

      I wish they had some form of international health care program, most of the people works remotely, but at the same time travels a lot. Not much room to grow

      Good experience, no real downsides

      Pros

      As a developer working directly with a client, I've experienced great freedom in flexibility and things like that. The client treats me like the other employees, though I heard client relations can be hit or miss.

      Cons

      There are no yearly salary adjustments for employees. The time tracker is annoying to fill as a newcomer, but these things get much easier afterward.
