Salary above average They provide you the best equipment to work They don’t micromanage They trust you and don’t install any auditing software on your machine Always received my payments on time

Cons

Company is growing too fast and your manager can change a few times over the course. It’s hard to change projects once you are assigned to a client that it’s not a good match.
