Pros

The culture is very nice. Lots of diversity. Good work/life balance. They value talented people. Leaving was a difficult choice.

Cons

Communication between departments can be slow and hard. Career roadmap is not well defined. Compensation is OK, but not as competitive as other places.

At the moment I have good experience. there is a lot of knowledge in the Content Tool (Confluence) that it gives me guide to do my job. My PM is an excellent couch.

Cons

Lack of contact, perhaps it could be meetings with colleagues in the same contry (after pandemic).
