Pros
I've been working for BairesDev for 1 year now and the thing I most like about them is that they do not bother me while I am working. I can give all my attention to the client and dedicate 100% of my time to get things done. They really care about how we are feeling about the job - once every six weeks I have a call with my manager to talk about how things are going, and he always offers me help in case I need it. The client I work for requires its employees to use MacOS for compatibility reasons and I did not have a MAC when I got hired. BairesDev promptly provided a MacBook Pro for me at no cost and I could start working in the same week. They never delay the payments and they also pay extra hours when needed. The company seems to be growing a lot and a few weeks ago I received an e-mail from our CEO (Nacho de Marco), with an Amazon link to his BOOK! Isn't that cool to have a CEO who is actually capable of writing?
Cons
We do have an annoying time tracker where we add a description of what we did during each day, but we are working to make it better (and less annoying).
