Pros
Excellent place to work, the clients I've been assigned were very professional and aware of the design and engineering processes. The company staff is attentive and helpful and the colleagues are smart, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
Cons
The interviewing process is somewhat too extensive and very broad. It is sometimes difficult to identify what is the company asking (for the position), but nothing a knowledgeable candidate, with the skills desired for the company, wouldn't accomplish. The main issue is with the communication post-interview. The gap for the response sometimes lasts weeks or months. In my case it was a positive response, so I was put to the (clients) test right away, but for some acquaintances that received a negative response, it was quite frustrating.
