      If the project ends or you leave the project you are on, it's a good idea to look elsewhere to work, as there's no guarantee that you'll stay there. In addition to the fact that the manager leaves you a bit stranded in the company, without giving you the necessary ramp up when you start working there.

      I don't have any good aspect to highlight.

      Cons

      Payroll is delayed. There is not a good communication with the work team. There is not life balance. You can work long hours to delivery the tasks.
