      Pros

      No pros, the company has been constantly going downhill.

      Cons

      Extreme micromanagement, you’re unable to perform your job because new procedures that decrease productivity are constantly being implemented for no good reason or explanation. Seems like their goal is to make every employee unhappy to the point they quit.

      Great company culture

      Pros

      People are very close to each other even though it is a 100% remote company. Salary is way higher than in a national company. Pays in USD.

      Cons

      Payment is monthly and is a contractor position so you have to pay for your own health. It is worth it, tho. They have extra benefits like paid days off in special occasions, national holidays off, Udemy, etc
