      Fired with no apparent reason after contract with company ended

      Pros

      Mentorship is the most remarkable thing you can find in this company.

      Cons

      - Minor comments from the customer resulted in "HPP", and that was terrible for damaging the chance to get a raise or a promotion. - Lack of information when assigning you a new client, clients may expect you to be a Senior in some areas you don't even know about.

      Pros

      Peers and middle management staff are very clever and easy-going people. A good working environment

      Cons

      Top Management just doesn't care about people management. Financial revenue is the only goal they have, no matter how employees feel or the time they spend at work. If they don't need you any more, then your days are counted.

      Pros

      The work life balance is very good, at least in the projects I participated on.

      Cons

      Very few vacation days per year, only 10. Things are becoming super bureaucratic lastly. Salary raise politic is very bad, I haven't had a raise in 3 years (and asked for it several times)
