      Good Company with a lot to improve

      Pros

      Freedom to work everywhere. Good work-life balance

      Cons

      Salary payment precedence it's completely a gray area. They pay during a time frame and no matter if I report my hours 1 or 2 days before. I always get my payment on the last day. PM's keep pushing us to report hours but they hold approval after we release when it should be immediately approved. Salary is becoming not so competitive.

      Basically a sweatshop

      WFH Many different technologies Some cool clientes I guess

      Cons

      Payment is almost always a week after the month ends The salaries tend towards the lower end Only one raise per year and it usually doesn't reflect the effort or accounts for inflations. As an example I was singled out by two different clients are their MVP, lots of praise, lots of positive feedback and yet they refused to increase my salary Use this company to build experience but don't stick around to be exploited
