      Competitive Salary. Fair interview process.

      Cons

      Constantly reorganizing. Very tactical and arduous processes. Outdated ERP that runs the whole business. Unusual ratings with bonuses that are moving targets. Differentiator in the industry is not true and hard to stand behind.

      Company doesn't care about it's employees

      I got hired almost 2 years ago, the client I worked with closed the contract with BairesDev but I wasn't worried about it because they had to place me in another client. Well they actually did not introduce me to any new client, they fired me right away which I consider to be a really bad practice. I thought I was part of a great company, but it turned out to be a terrible one which doesn't really care about it's employees. Don't recommend this company to anyone, at the end if things go complicated with clients they are going to get rid of you. And to don't actually have any benefits, you just receive your payment and that's it!

      Very good company to work

      Pros

      - I can work everywhere in the world, I just need to schedule the hours that I will be working (in case of different TZ). - Salary is being paid in US dollars, so I have some freedom on how I want to manage and pay my fees. - Working for a US company and live the culture from one of the most wanted places to work and live

      Cons

      - Lack of a career path and feedbacks to increase salary and receive promotions. - The salary could be better if compared with partners in the client
