      Everyone is very friendly and tries hard

      Cons

      Horrid management You work in a silo, with absolutely no idea what is going on in other departments Communication is non-existent The business itself is only as good as the engineers they can find. There is no IP at all

      Flexible time. Can work remotely. Nice clients.

      Cons

      When you're with a client they forget about you until once at the start of each month. No culture, you don't get to know anyone on the company.

      no pros i can think of

      Cons

      sweat shop. no overtime payment. they make you work more than 9 hours a day without any extra payment or anything. No standars of conduct. the so called managers are a disaster.
