Remote work. Compensation on time. The onboarding process is very good.

Cons

Salary is not as good as you would like in LATAM. No salary increase at the moment (but maybe because I have less than one year). Depending on the client 9 hours of work. Very few local events (team building)

Nice humanized environment. Has a lot of support for the employees.

Cons

Kept over 75% of the value paid by the client. Has hold on to sensitive information about my carreer. Had me work on two clients at the same time to increase my income, activelly deceiving both clients.
