      Cons

      Lack of sales strategy. Dual new business sales teams - Business Dev & Client Engagement. BANCT methodology (arcane). Awful in-house CRM. Scattergun, low-value lead generation.

      Bairesdev experience after almost 2 years

      Pros

      An organized place to work No payment issues Flexibility and support during family time The coworkers are friendly and easy to get in touch with The pay is good if you're looking for stability

      Cons

      At first, you feel a bit of surveillance, and there are mechanisms that can make you feel uncomfortable (Excel spreadsheet for reporting), but this is only the first two months. The selection process is difficult; you have to be patient. My process took five months, but now I'm very happy.

      - Depending on where you live, it may be higher than the local salary. - The company provides equipment: a laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset. The computer you should return it if you leave - Great projects and people - Remote

      Cons

      - You need to fill the time tracker that feels like a waste of tim,e but it is what it is - Limited PTO/vacations
