Good name on a resume, hours aren't too bad.

Cons

Ever since Lehman went down (I was a former Lehman employee) I had to work for htis company. I would highly recommend working elsewhere.

Overall, a good place to work. They hire some of the brightest people on the street and everyone is striving to get Barcap to be #1 on the street

Cons

Work life balance is limited. Lots of politics Leadership power base is in London, so at times can be difficult to opperate and make decisions in NYC.

Cons

Small company. Company is not profitable yet so the job security is not that good. Offsite training is very rare.
