Pros

It is still respected as a Big 5 consulting credential on your resume, which many recruiters value. If you get assigned to the right projects, then you have some amazing opportunities for on-the-job training in cutting-edge technologies.

Cons

The management have little concern for the employees. While the vacation time is generous, if you take that vacation time, then it counts against your annual utilization rate, which is what is used to determine your bonus and promotions. So, if you take that time off, you won't get promoted or a bonus.
