      Pros

      Working at Bechtle is the best career move I have ever made. I have been supported from day 1 like no other company I have worked for, the training and development is second to none. Whilst there is a strong and structured training program you are responsible for your own accounts and delivering the high service that customers and mangement expect. The atmosphere in the office is one of a team even though each sales person has individual targets, no other person doesnt have the time for you or are not approachable.

      I genuinely can't think of any cons for working for Bechtle.
