Some departments have to work extremely hard while others get away with doing nothing; I have worked both in Merchandising and Geek Squad. These two departments are expected to move mountains while other departments are not held accountable for any of their basic job duties.
Management does not care about employee well-being; If your problem is not physical/easy to see, you will not be taken seriously.
Way too much focus is put on sales goals and credit cards; Exceptional employees in departments that do not depend on either of these factors are never recognized.
Full-time hours with none of the benefits; This company will work you to the bone, but will not make you full time. I have worked full-time hours the entire time I have been employed here, and am still part-time.
They will tell you that you deserve full-time until you apply for the job, then all of a sudden you are "not qualified".
